Secretary General of the Saudi Permanent evaluators committee Essam bin Hamad Al-Mubarak revealed that the number of enterprises registered with in the committee throughout the Kingdom is about 45 real estate facility, have the right to practice the profession under the conditions set by the evaluation system,
Said that during a meeting took place recently at the head office of the main chamber in Dammam that was attended by a number of real estate men, and has been devoted to discuss the activities of the committee and its role in the real estate evaluation, and a review of the obstacles facing this activity .. he explained that the purpose of the committee is to boost the real estate sector and to achieve justice in this market, and give those in charge their right, it was found to keep the rights of everyone.
And Al-Mubarak said during the meeting that was moderated by the chairman of the Real Estate Committee of East Chamber Khalid Barashid that every evaluation report reaches to the committee is issued in official paper by the committee , and be signed by the evaluator, who bears all the assessment content, calculated for him the report experience hours that are placed in his career record according the grades based in the certified evaluators system.
He mentioned that there is a list of tough sanctions begins with blaming, warning, suspended license, and the withdrawal of the license, withdrawal the registry if they are deliberately fraud in the evaluation process, since the committee has a control device on the performance of all members.
He stressed that it is within the conditions of the committee on any evaluator and achieve the integrity in the evaluation process is to prevent any evaluator from carrying out its mission in a region that he has a property in, at the same time it is allowed that he combines real estate development and marketing on one hand, and performing the evaluation according to the mentioned condition .
And regarding the financial benefits for the evaluator ,Mubarak said that this is due to the evaluator himself, where he has the right to determine the price, and the owner has the right to accept or reject the evaluation report.
He stressed that there are required behaviors and morals for the evaluation in the system, so as to prevent an operation that might serve him.
Mubarak said that the committee communicates with all government agencies concerned for the success of the committee 's activities in providing an evaluation of the real estate that is characterized by the highest degree of honesty, .. stressing the desire of the committee to make all of their operations electronic to regulate and develop the profession and a good way to keep and protect the rights of everyone, the Mubarak said that according to the general rules the evaluation must be by a neutral party, not the seller nor the buyer, only him can reach the real value without affecting the integrity of the report,
